What, When and How to apply!

Why Startups need your help

In the early stages of their existence, startups rarely pay attention to legal or tax issues, which often leads to significant future problems. Moreover, their scarce funding does not allow them to pay for traditional legal services. ehvLINC brings together startups, law students and law firms to resolve this pressing issue. Students will acquire practical experience in what is currently one of the most exciting legal fields (startup law), startups will be safe and sound with top-notch legal advice and law firms will get a unique chance to meet their potential future clients and/or employees. That’s what we call win-win-win situation! If you feel like you could help these companies and want to discover the entrepreneur in you, join our startup incubator ehvLINC. ehvLINC offers you a unique chance to gain practical legal experience with young innovative startups, while you are studying. The program only demands an average of 1 day per week from you, so you are able to commit fully to your study the rest of the week!

When you have made it to the last year of your Bachelor's or your Master's at a university, you have already gained a lot of (theoretical) knowledge. This knowledge could already be of great value for starting entrepreneurs. ehvLINC built a program in which you, as a student, can use the knowledge you gained in a professional setting. You are guided by one of our partnering firms, which are always looking for new talent:

  • Taxperience – Tax Law or Economics
  • Louwers IP|Technology Advocaten – IP, IT and Privacy Law
  • Burgers De Moel Advocaten - Business Law
  • This platform gives you autonomy to work with your own clients, whilst learning from top firms in the field.
