In our 12-week legal program, we sit down with entrepreneurs to answer questions like this. The goal of the 12-week program is to give entrepreneurs the legal basis they need to safely and securely do business. We focus on:
With our partner Louwers Advocaten we have developed a 3-month program. The program starts with an assessment of the startups current legal position. In order to understand what a startup needs, we need to know the startups business and their business goals. Based on this assessment a plan of action is formulated. This plan of actions always contains a number of contracts/documents, think of:
Next to these contracts/documents memo's will be drafted to eplain the use of all legal documents.
Startups will meet with the students and legal partners on a regular basis. Legal partners advice and mentor students in all legal documents they draft for startups. When students have finished all the documents for the startup, they will be asked to present their findings at the startup.
How you apply for the program can be found on our Application page Startups and Application page Students
